Dew heater with 20 cm strap is designed to fit 3" telescope. Works with 12V power supply and produces 16W of power.
Equipped with standard RCA plug for compatibility with popular controllers. Comes with 2m silicone cable. The strong velco strap makes it easy to wrap it around your telescope and hold it in place.

Starfield Dew Heater Strap review
I have yet to try it, but have trail fitted it to the telescope. The quality is excellent. The cable comes out of the strap at a convenient angle, the plug end is fully molded with reasonable strain relief and the cable appears to be robust. I have yet to see how it stands up in very cold weather.
