V Series Universal Dovetail Bar. 11 Long

Nice and stable bar, easily adapted to fit many telescope designs,,although this one is meant particularly for use with tube rings. Good pairing for longer ota designs as you can mount your rings far apart, improving stability.

I purchased this bar, to use as a top bar for a 130PDS newtonian that I'm setting up. I wanted a mount point at 12 O'clock that gave me flexibility for positioning my guide scope (fore/aft balance), enough free length to serve as an improvised carry handle, and even more length, to provide an attachment point for scope-mounted electronics. This is a well-made bar, and it's doing exactly what I needed. Very happy with it.
